Town
of Rome Building Permit Requirements |
| All building in
the Town of Rome requires permits. This
includes homes, garages, sheds, mobile homes, decks,
commercial buildings, minor construction,
remodeling, additions, electric, plumbing, heating
and air-conditioning, etc. Any type of
building that requires a permit, but is started
prior to obtaining said permit is charged a double
fee. Therefore, it is best to check with the
Town prior to starting any building to avoid paying
that penalty. |
